Hi I am new to forum but had my solar setup since 2022. Logged into GivEnergy.cloud and noticed there was an update so though might as well do it, not done it before. System updated and my battery dropped to 4% out of nowhere. Looking at the app you can see the charge drop from around 80% to 4%.
