Ok here is what I do. I have 2 batteries on my Ebike. 1 is on the down tube the other is on the rear bike rack. When the battery is low on the down tube I will then switch out the battery. I''ll take the battery off the down tube and replace it with the battery that was on the rear bike rack. It takes me approx. 20 seconds to do that. Never
